I would like to replace the standard radio of a Peugeot 207. Do I need any adapters/converters to make the steering wheel remote work?

Normally, you always need a can-bus adapter. They are relatively expensive. E.g. something like this: https://www.radioblenden.ch/product_in...
And you may also need a cover and an installation kit...
