I would like to synchronise it with the PC via USB cable, is that also possible because it only says IOS and Android! ..must be safe! :)

Hello. Only indirectly. It is only designed for iOS and Android. But you can also sycronise it with dropbox, evernote or onenote and pick it up there with your PC....
