I would like to be able to connect the speaker to the IP phone in the conference room. It is a Cisco IP phone. Is that possible? How

The 510 speaker is designed for laptops and mobile phones and is compact in shape, even to take along. You can connect it via USB or Bluetooth - if the phone has a USB port or Bluetooth, it might be possible. I would try it or ask Jabra - Cisco will want to sell you their own spider.
