Question about Gigaset E560 (CH-Version)

If I already have a Gigaset E560 and want to have a second phone in another room or floor so I don't have to carry the handset around the house, can I just buy a second Gigaset E560 and pair that with the first? (Connect the base stations together or register the 2nd handset with the first station so that the 2nd station only functions as a charging cradle?)

DECT supports the transfer to another base station in theory. But I haven't tried it in practice, so I don't have a guarantee. In this case, however, only one handset is needed, e.g. "Gigaset E560HX".
