If I have a monitor on the streaming pc that has the same resolution as the gaming pc monitor, but less hz, worse gtg response and no gsync, does that change my gaming pc picture? As I understand it, only the resolution is important that the two monitors have the same. Or? :)

The resolution/refresh rate of the monitor on the streaming PC plays absolutely no role, this has no influence on the capture signal that is looped through the 4K60 Pro II.
