If I plug my macbook to this dock and then connect this dock to my monitor, could I be able to use my my macbook screen and my monitor as 2 separate screens, not mirroring ?

Hello,

if you connect 1 external monitor to the docking station, then the external screen can be set as extended to macOS's internal screen.
If you would connect 2 or 3 monitors to the docking station, then all connected monitors will show the same picture.

I tried it, unfortunately Mac OS still not support multiple Stream Transport.

If you connect with any other OS it’s work great as excepted.

I test it with a MacBook Pro 13” mid 2017 ( Mac OS Big Sur and windows 10 on boot camp) and a Dell latitude with windows and kali

Both with usb-c
