If it is an already opened watch, can you still activate apple care plus after purchase or not? Apple allows this for 60 days after the product has been purchased, but I don't know what the situation is if it has already been opened?

Unfortunately, I can't answer that as I haven't used it. However, in my opinion, opening the packaging has nothing to do with the service, as Apple cannot determine whether the packaging has been opened.
