If you have 4 screens connected is the resolution still 4k? Is it possible if I only connect 3 screens from my laptop and 1 from my Xbox? And all at the same time?

Yes, this dock supports 4x 4k output - if the monitors support 4k.

3 screens for the laptop and 1 screen for the XBOX does not work as far as I know, because the dock only has one input. However, you can use the dock for the 3 screens (laptop) and connect the XBOX directly via HDMI to the 4th screen.
