If you stream from PC1 via PC2 with a capture card and use a headset -> how is the sound transferred from PC1 to the capture card in PC2? Can the software fix this (double output)?

The board has only one HDMI In and HDMI Out connection. The sound is transmitted exclusively via HDMI. You connect your PC1 via HDMI to the Elgato card on PC2. As long as you don't want separate audio tracks, it should work out of the box.

For separate audio tracks, you can perhaps send your audio on a separate audio out on your motherboard to PC1 into an audio in on PC2 and mix it there with audio software.
