I'm thinking about buying this headset. How loud is the headset? What about steps, e.g. in cs2? Does the headset have a lot of bass (I hope not)? I now have the LOGITECH PRO X 2 and find it much too quiet even when I set everything to 100% volume.

you can customise everything via the software. you have several sound profiles. in the gaming profile you can even select the game (e.g. cs2), which amplifies the steps and suppresses unnecessary noise. you can also make the bass stronger or weaker via the software. (software is called steelseries gg) i am very happy with it.
