In addition to the PC (DP), I have also connected a Swisscom Box 21 (HDMI). While UHD was recognised without problems on the PC, it only recognises 720p on the Swisscom Box. I tried both HDMI ports and different HDMI cables without success. Swisscom's own cable does not work either. A firmware update has already been carried out. Does anyone know the problem and has it been solved successfully?

It is possible that conventional TVs have a decoding standard that allows certain content. As this is a PC monitor, it is possible that this screen does not allow certain content or does not have the necessary decoding standard to operate your swisscom tv.
