I have also ordered via Dbrand, it took 1.5 weeks, no customs costs. I could only recommend it.

Stupid question: I bought the Surface Pro 2 4 years ago. I'm going travelling now and would like to take it with me, but it's a bit heavy with the current keyboard. There are other, lighter keyboards. But the Pro 2 doesn't have an integrated stand at the back, so the tablet wouldn't hold up anyway? Is there another alternative?

I would go for Dbrand. Skins are top notch and they have a lot to choose from. And with a complete Surface Book 2 skin, the threshold for free shipping should be reached. I also got my skin from Dbrand, it took about 1 - 1.5 weeks. You shouldn't have to pay any customs duty or VAT, as it's under ~62.- in total, if that's your concern.
