In our case, a leaf got stuck. After removal, error code 169:Error 02. The module according to the photos is certainly defective. What did we do wrong here? Has anyone had similar experiences? I made a support request directly to OKI once. I don't see a quick solution to the problem at Digitec with a bring-in guarantee. We bought the machine on 21.04.2022.
