In the meantime, the Asus rog phone3 is available and I am thinking of buying the Mobil Desktop Dock is the Asus rog phone3 comfortable with the Mobil Desktop?

If the interface of the Model 3 is the same as that of the 1 and 2 (a kind of double USB-C), then it will probably be compatible.
But to minimise the risk, buy my used one that is offered here ;)
