In the shop I use two monitors with the Dell Latitude E7240. Is the graphics card sufficient to support the full native resolution so that I can use the LG as a multi-monitor?
Which processor do you have exactly? According to ark.intel.com, the i5-4200U (Intel HD 4400) supports a maximum resolution of 3280x2000@60Hz via HDMI 1.4 and supports 3 displays/monitors simultaneously.
If you lower the resolution, it should work. But full resolution is difficult with your graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 4400).
Does anyone know if the Intel HD Graphics 4400 is enough to use the multi-monitor functionality? I don't need this for gaming or video editing, but only for office applications and web browsing.
Or should I buy 2 monitors with a lower resolution like in the shop?
What kind of graphics card is in the PC?
