Information on the legal situation with this product would be quite helpful, after all, recording someone else's or your own conversations without the consent of all parties involved is punishable by up to three years in prison, isn't it? (Art 179bis f.)

This is a dictation machine that can be used for meetings and suchlike, for this reason there is no reference to recordings by third parties. How you wish to use this device is ultimately your decision and your responsibility.
