Installed software downloaded, but no signal from the caputre card...Pc recognises the card though.... does anyone know what to do to fix this?

You can try a few things.
1. BIOS update for your mainboard if the new version is available. 2.
2. try another PCI slot.
3. switch off Nvidia shadow play etc.

I also replaced the HDMI cable... Everything does not work

1. bios updated - nothing
2. change PCI slot - nothing
3. uninstalling Nvidia Shadowplay - nothing brought about
