Is it a good monitor if I have a shelf for a monitor built into my desk? then the monitor is about 10 centimetres higher.

Bear in mind that the stand is up to 21 cm deep and up to 25 cm wide (so check the size of your shelf); the monitor can be adjusted in height minimum height 48 cm, maximum height 51.5 cm (measured top edge of monitor); enjoy the monitor, top price/performance, good performance

I also have the screen on a 10cm high shelf and am happy with the height. The screen can be moved all the way down on the stand supplied if you want to sit a little more casually at the table.
I'm also very happy with the performance and size.

That depends on how high you sit, or how high your table is. It wouldn't be pleasant if you always had to look up when working or playing.

Yes, it's a good monitor because it can use 4k resolution and 1080p 320 Hz, I use 4k for the Xbox Series X and 1080p on the computer. and yes I've also installed a stand on it and it's simple there are tutorials on youtube.
