Is it normal that the front speakers make a noise when they are switched on? I had an old laptop that was very loud and didn't notice it but now with my new quiet PC I can hear the noise very well. It doesn't matter if something is plugged in or how the volume is set, the noise is always the same.

The audio plug is well inserted in the PC?
Or this could be static from the power? Is the PC power connection earthed?
Have you tried another device? Maybe connect headphones. Does it make the same noise then?
