Is it normal that the monitor came without a Swiss power cable? In the box of mine there are only the European and English models.

No, this is not normal and you don't have to accept it.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the equipment is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, please contact customer service and insist on a cable or adapter, free of charge.
