Is it normal that the supplied colour ribbon cartridge only prints 5 images? I was able to print over 50 images with the new one I bought.

When I bought the printer, no started pack was included. Maybe this was a starter pack with only 5 prints? The purchased kit is indeed 50.

Absolutely not, there's something wrong. I have two thermal printers and some of the cartridges have not been used for a long time and still produce a large number of super images.
