"Good" is always relative. Connection via 3.5 plug possible, but sound quality depends heavily on TV output. Furthermore, the Play:5 is not automatically recognised (see Laurink's comment). This solution works well for me. The Play:5 can also be connected directly via AirPlay, but the sound reproduction is sometimes slightly delayed. The same applies if the TV is connected via Sonos Bridge. Sound quality is fine then, but the time lag is annoying at times. All in all, you are probably better off with a soundbar.

Listening to music is great, anytime again. But when it comes to watching TV, you have to make clear concessions. Unfortunately, some of the language is difficult to understand. Netflix in particular is no fun, not even in German. If I were to buy a new one, I would tend towards a Playbar.
