Is it possible to connect two computers to this monitor and use the USB hub? I would like to connect two computers via HDMI. One computer via HDMI and USB-A to USB-B and the second via HDMI/DP and USB-C to USB-C. The video signal would be transmitted to both via HDMI or DP and the USB devices via USB-B / USB-C. Is this possible?

Not as I understand it, as the USB hub requires a separate USB cable, which must then be plugged into a USB-B port on the computer.
