I also have only one such monitor. But since the charging current flows through the USB-C cable, both monitors will deliver half the current each. (Electrotechnically, the voltage remains the same because of parallel voltage sources, so there is no problem).
I can highly recommend the monitor. It is a pleasure to work with it every time.

I only have one such monitor and it is connected to my Lenovo laptop via USB-C (Windows 10).
Therefore, I can't answer the questions, sorry. But I am very satisfied with the DELL monitor.
