Is it possible to have the sound transmitted via the HDMI out and the jack at the same time? (in my case, the sound comes out on a home cinema via the HDMI (ARC) and at the same time on a headset for the hearing impaired that I am).

Yes, I just tested it to be sure. The sound is transmitted via all outputs (HDMI, jack & optical) at the same time.

However, it needs a USB power supply and sometimes you have to reboot it...
Maybe it's because I use it with this "HDMI Matrix" Lindy Matrix HDMI 4K UHD 4x4 and a projector. But I have to reboot it before each use (1-2 times a week).
