Question about Samsung Gear S3 Frontier
Is it possible to receive calls and such (messages...) without a sim card in the watch by connecting it to the mobile phone via Bluetooth? Can I connect several things (mobile phone AND bluetooth headphones) with Bluetooth (at the same time)? Thanks :D

To both questions in a nutshell "yes" ;)
You can answer calls with the watch and also see messages as long as it is connected to your phone.
Regarding multiple devices, you can connect an additional device, which is then also connected as a "headset".
