Question about Gigabyte Aorus FV43U

Is it possible to run the Aorus FV43U on an M1 macbook pro or M1 mac studio via the usb-c port at 144hz? Has anyone done this? The point is that the normal display port (which would work) would be occupied by another computer and therefore only the usb-c/display port would be available. HDMI is not an option because Apple limits it to 60hz. Thank you!

I have a Mac mini M1 2020 and an Aorus FV43U. The screen is recognised correctly and I'm connected via USB-C at 144hz.

Can I answer the question? I have a MacBook Pro with M1 chip and the Aorus FV43U. I use the Aorus FV43U as a monitor with Playstation 5 and Google's Chromcast (both via HDMI). Games in 4k and 120Mhz are no problem. I tried to connect the MacBook Pro M1 via USB-C to the Aorus FV43U, but unfortunately the MacBook did not recognise the monitor. As you mentioned, 144hz and 4k via Display Port 1.4 would work. (Just tested both). Many greetings Patrick
