Is it possible to scan directly into the iCloud from Appel with this scanner or is it only possible on OneDrive or Dropbox?

No, this is not supported in ScanSnap Home. The following cloud services are available: Drobbox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, Evernote. Of course, you can select "Scan To Folder" and place it on the iCloud Drive. But then your computer must be in operation.

... I always scan to Tresorit, which works without any problems. I have never tried iCloud...
