Is it possible to start the ASUS Expertbook B3402FVA with this docking station (DS) in the closed state via the switch on the DS and only work via the monitor connected to the DS?

I have had bad experiences with the docking station. One usb connection gradually stopped working, then the lan connection and so on. I uninstalled everything but the problem started again. Even bought a new docking station again and it was exactly the same. The docking station was or should be compatible with my asus, unfortunately it didn't work

I work with an Expertbook B9400CEA and the required function works perfectly. I have had various Asus DSs for years and they work without any problems.
