Is it possible to switch off the WLAN completely on this printer? I only want to operate the printer via LAN and not have any radiation.

In theory, yes, but the initial configuration is done using Wi-Fi. You can then deactivate it and use LAN or USB. Having tested this product with several customers, I wouldn't recommend it. The ADF is not of good quality and neither are the plastics in general. What's more, HP is very insistent on connected services and ink subscriptions.
