I think it should work. The Xiaomi has a UBS-C connector, so that shouldn't be a problem. We have Dell docks with UBS-3 that we use perfectly with Acer laptops. With the UBS-C, we have only tried it with Dell laptops so far, but we don't see any problem there.

Probably not compatible, as far as I know the product is Dell specific.
