Question about Ultrahuman Ring Air
Is it possible with this ring to switch off the connection via Bluetooth etc. manually, e.g. via the app? Does the medium store the data internally in the meantime, e.g. the sleep phase, or does it need a permanent connection? Thanks in advance for the clarification.
The ring has a memory. The APP also reminds you to synchronise. You cannot switch off Bluetooth via the APP, but rather disconnect the device. Then you would have to connect it as a new device. I assume that the device will lose/delete the data.
I am of the same opinion as pgard. However, the Cardio app, which can be purchased separately, always needs a connection overnight.

There is no manual interaction possible between the ring and the phone (e.g. deactivating BT).
However, if the phone and the ring are not within range of each other, the ring stores the data and transfers it to the phone as soon as communication is re-established....
