ContryTec has already answered the question aptly. I use the head without any problems for a Panasonic GH5 and lenses up to 620 g. Points to note are: The rather high weight due to the very robust construction and secondly the lack of a levelling device. The latter can be purchased in the form of a Sirui levelling head (286 g) or Manfrotto levelling head (650 g).
Due to its own weight (1600 g + levelling head), the head is only suitable for mobile use to a limited extent. Therefore, I recommend that you inspect the head before buying it and compare it with a smaller head if necessary.

I use the tilt head with an EOS 5Ds and a 150-600 Sigma (2800g). The interchangeable plate can be moved horizontally, so that head weight etc. can be compensated somewhat. The part has no counterweight, but a kind of spring mechanism to bring the head into the horizontal position. However, this only works to a limited extent, also influenced by the adjustable slip.
