Is the dongle compatible with a mac computer, if not, is the audio and mic sound good when bluetooth connected with a mac? I know the latest Razer control/tuning software doesn't work with mac os, but published tests find that the mic sound is very good compared to other gaming headsets.

Hello, I bought a Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 model on 14.07.2023 and I came home with joy, tried the headset and the sound is incredibly bad, then I installed the latest version with the help of the computer, again, I tried the volume at the maximum with the weak left button key, in every way, the device performed very badly. by the way i used the device with ipad and i am very disappointed with bluetooth

The USB dongle for wireless connection and the software are only suitable for connection to a PC, connection to a Mac is possible using Bluetooth but we have not tested this headset so we cannot comment on the sound quality of the microphone.
