Is the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also suitable for gaming?

No, it is not. For most games, the graphics card is the most important thing - and there is no dedicated graphics card installed here, only the one that is part of the processor.

Don't buy a Surface Pro for gaming!

Conditionally. It's not enough for the latest games at the highest graphics settings. I play World of Warships and still have quite good performance with medium graphics settings. At higher graphics settings, however, the FSP (frames per second) drops below 30. You can still play it then, but if you want to aim faster than your opponent, you are at a disadvantage.
For games that are already a few years old, however, it's always suitable. The back of the Surface can get quite warm, though.

I am not a gamer, but I assume that it should be possible to game with this Surface. I bought this powerful Surface (i7 processor, 16GB RAM and SSD storage) for reasons other than gaming.
