Is the monitor equipped with a battery? Is there a power adapter in the package? Is it dependent on a notebook or PC, or does it have a slot for memory cards when you just want to watch a movie? Is there a built-in memory? Can it also be used with a smartphone?

It gets powered via the battery of the connected pc/notebook. Have never tried any other usage other than connected to notebook.
