8 hours of office work with a monitor feasible?
For me, yes. I've been working on this screen every day for about 1 month.
The only thing is that 32" is almost too big for me. Resp. the monitor is too close in my case.
I can't say anything negative about this monitor. I cannot judge whether the colour fidelity is correct.

I also bought the monitor for my office, which means I spend several hours a day in front of it. I am very satisfied with it. Reflection is not a problem for me, but it depends on the light situation in the office (number of windows, sunlight, etc.). As Matschweizer has already said, 32'' is relatively large, so you might consider a curved screen for this size. I can't say much about the colour fidelity, except that I haven't noticed anything negative about it.
