The mains adapter is not included in the scope of delivery as the phone is operated with two AAA rechargeable batteries, which are inserted into the charging cradle. The charging cradle is operated with a separate mains adapter, which is normally included with the charging cradle. For the Gigaset E560 HX (CH version), a special mains adapter (e.g. Gigaset mains adapter C705) is used, which is available separately.
