As Atomos mentioned, the Ninja can probably record any HDMI signal (I have only tested with Sony a6300, A7III, Canon). The question is what do you want to achieve with it? The only difference is 4.2.2 instead of 4.2.0 croma sampling (as with the A7III) and less compression through ProRes but still only 8 bit. So you will hardly notice anything in the image quality. However, the Ninja is also a good monitor...

Please note that the Sony ZV-E10 is not on Atomos compatible-cameras list because we have not had the chance to test the Sony ZV-E10 with any of our products yet. However, that does not mean Sony ZV-E10 is not compatible with Atomos products.
