I bought it today and the device has a normal Swiss plug. So it's not an adapter but direct. It also has a sticker on the box with the product name "GV8960CH".

I have been supplied with a CH cable. It is quite rigid but it fits without an adapter :)

I did not have the original plug (I ordered it from Galaxus). I also received a so-called Schuko adapter, which can be permanently plugged in and cannot be removed again. I don't think that's so great because the plug then looks relatively clunky, but I have to say that the cable entry is big enough that the adapter can also be stowed away well. It could be that the Tefal appliances are not delivered with a Swiss plug at all.
