If I understand you correctly you want to know if there is a similar system, means size, and battery-driven and so on with radio reception. I did a quick research on google and found the Bayan Audio Soundbook and its newer brother Bayan Audio Soundbook X3 which both should have radio reception. If that's what you're looking for then watch some reviews or something about this system whether it suits your needs or not. Sorry for not writing in French, but my French is horrible. I'm not 100% sure if it works without app, but it has a battery and internetradio capability. But you'll have to have wifi anyway, so you'll probably use it only in your home. So why not get an internetradio with corded power or stream internetradio to any bluetooth speaker from your smartphone which is in your pocket anyway...?
