Question about Samsung C34H890WGR
Is there a downloadable driver for the C34H890WGR? My Microsoft Surface Hub refers to a 640X480 60Hz driver for the attached Samsung C34H890WGR and the screen resolution for the 2nd screen is disabled.

You can download the latest version of the device driver for your Samsung Business Monitor (34") LC34H890WGRXEN from the Samsung website.
To do this, go to the Samsung website and enter "Download centre" in the search field. Then click on "Manuals & User Guides" and enter the model code of the monitor on the following page. Scroll down and download the "Device Installation".

I didn’t get this error. But when I purchased this monitor, it came with a disc that I assume hold the required drivers, maybe you can try that
