Thank you, but in Fabian Zaugg's comment of 30 April, he specifies that it is a 1660ti and that the mention 1660 ti max-q is an error

The main version between the two is the graphics card. This version has a Max-Q version of the GTX1660ti. While the other has a GTX1660ti.
