Is there a warranty on this unit? The jack does not seem to charge the headphones. After 20 attempts to connect the headphones, it charges. Something is not right.

The device has a 24-month guarantee (as stated on the purchase receipt). It takes a little practice and dexterity to charge the headphones. Make sure that the light on the charging station is green. We are very satisfied with the product.

The TV always crashes on mine. I have tried the headphones on 3 different TVs, each with a normal connection and optical cable. The headphones are therefore unusable
