Is there also a "SIGMA SSC WARRANTY CARD" from the general importer for this lens? So that you have an annual check, cleaning and other advantages at your disposal?

Yes, it is (or was) included with mine. Control and cleaning incl. readjustment once a year are guaranteed. By the way, I am very satisfied with the lens.
