Is there also software from Philips for this monitor that can arrange windows (analogous to DELL Display Manager)? And not only for Windows but also for Mac OS?

Not from Philips, but there is BetterSnap, Magnet or with Parallels there is also a tool in the toolbox to arrange the windows.
