Is this all compatible with my Sony Alpha 7 III camera? Can I sync the 2 flashes from my camera with different settings? And will the flash controller fit on the hot shoe of my Sony alpha 7 III?

Works perfectly with my Nikon d850 and d500 as for the Sony I'm not sure brand I don't use I suggest you email Elinchrom for more information.
