It is compatible with Pro controller, a single joycon, 2 joycons, 2joycons+joycongrip and also with the joycons attached to the switch. (you have 5 ways to play it, I know because I played the Demo and ingame they show each style and I played the demo with my procontroller)

The game is compatible with the Pro Controller. However, I doubt whether it makes sense...
At the moment, the demo is running (at least during certain times), so it might be worthwhile to have a look at it.
