Is this hub also suitable as a docking station at home? Unlike the Surface docking station, it has an HDMI connection.

Helpful answer

If an HDMI port or a VGA port is needed, the hub is also suitable for use at home (but you *can't* use HDMI and VGA together). The hub also has no power supply, so you *can't* charge the battery through the hub.
