Works well with wh-1000xm4 via cable. It is also well mounted with the connector. Cable long enough. Switch/volume on the cable a bit clunky. I couldn't get it to work with the LogiLink dongle via USB Bluetooth. Maybe it's my dongle whose BT profile is not compatible. You need to research which Bluetooth profile wh-1000xm4 and your dongle or built-in BT have to be compatible. I bought the cable/micro because I already had the wh-1000xm4 and didn't want to invest too much for gaming. If Bluetooth operation is important to you (video conferencing etc.), I recommend either buying a package (handset and dongle) together.
